The Ultimate Machine HDR

A classic photograph taken during the late 1980s and early 1990s, this view from the northern coast of Madeira became a trademark of the event.

One of the best of these pictures was taken with an Integrale, run by HF Grifone.

We couldn't resist and drove to the now abandoned road and shot at the very same place. Luckily nobody drives there any more, and we could take our time.

Completely new approach. This is the beginning of a new series of this session. I tried to process the RAW files without going for HDR.

Simply, I processed it once for the sky, and another for the darker bits, and masked them together. Then, I used my new workflow and I'm quite happy with it.
